Our five full-suite employment centres assist job seekers of all ages as well as employers. All five locations are accessible by public transit and offer parking. Contact the office nearest you or visit our Registration page to get started. We look forward to meeting and assisting you!
We also offer specialized programs that serve local apprentices, employers, newcomers, persons with disabilities, students, women, youth, with more to come!

Program Description: The General Carpenter Pre-Apprenticeship for Youth program is offered in partnership with Mohawk College. Based out of our Hamilton office, the program prepares participants for the in-demand trades of carpentry and construction. Participating youth will complete training and a paid job placement to achieve certification. Staff provide ongoing support at every stage to ensure long-term success for all participants.

Starting out in a junior role, you'll work closely with a Superintendent to manage construction projects. Program Description: The Youth Job Connection (YJC) program provides pre-employment and life skills training as well as job placement support and mentoring to youth ages 15-29.
