The Ontario Home Builders’ Job-Ready Program provides job seekers with entry-level practical skills training and experience that will prepare them for work in the construction industry. In addition to hands-on industry training, participants will be provided with entry-level skills training, a paid job placement, and ongoing retention supports to ensure their long-term success in the construction field.
