If you are between the ages of 15 and 30, unemployed, and not attending school full-time, you may qualify for one of our specialized programs for youth!
You have two exciting programs to choose from:

Youth Job Connection
The Youth Job Connection (YJC) program provides year-round pre-employment and life skills training as well as job placement support and mentoring to youth between the ages of 15 and 29.
The YJC program runs year-round and provides the following to youth participants:
- Comprehensive pre-employment training and job search services, including paid workshops (get paid to learn!)
- Paid job placements leading to permanent employment
- Financial assistance with work related expenses
- Assistance accessing mentorship opportunities and relevant community resources
- Support with transitions to work and school
Eligibility Requirements:
The YJC program aims to help youth who are:
- 15-29 years of age
- Canadian Citizens, Permanent Residents, or persons who have been granted refugee status in Canada under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act
- Unemployed
- Not attending school full-time
- Experiencing multiple barriers to employment.

Completing the Circle
Completing the Circle (CTC) is a youth employment program that helps youth take their first steps toward meaningful careers now and into the future.
Through the Completing the Circle program, youth participants are empowered to find employment in their field of choice with the help of paid training, mentorship, and other supports.
Our focus is on providing quality work opportunities for youth. We also provide supports that help youth keep their jobs, advance in their careers, and tackle daily life challenges.
The CTC program accepts clients year-round and provides the following to all participants:
- A customized and flexible work plan to meet your unique job search requirements and life circumstances
- Paid workshops (you will get paid to learn!)
- Skills training and certifications at no cost to you
- Paid, full-time work placements leading to permanent employment
- Program completion bonus of up to $750
