If you are struggling to find work, we can help!

We help job seekers to explore career options, improve their résumé, prepare for interviews, or return to work/school. We also offer other assistance such as employment supports, training incentives, and case management services.

How to Register

To register for our services, please choose the location nearest you (below). You will be directed to an online registration form. After you complete the form, a representative from The Career Foundation will contact you within one business day.

Important Details to Know Before Registering

*Notice Regarding the Collection, Use and Protection of Your Social Insurance Number (SIN):

Our services are Employment Ontario services which are funded in part by the Government of Canada and the Government of Ontario. Due to the requirement of the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development, we will ask for your Social Insurance Number (SIN). We are authorized and have a legitimate need to know your Social Insurance Number (SIN) for the purpose of service delivery.

*Why are we collecting your Social Insurance Number (SIN)?

All Employment Ontario Service Providers, including The Career Foundation, are required to collect Social Insurance Numbers (SIN) from participants who need to access employment services.

The Career Foundation is funded by and reports to the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development, a division under Employment Ontario. We are required to use the Employment Ontario Information System to register participants who access our services.

*How are we safeguarding your Social Insurance Number (SIN) and personal information?

We have a Privacy Policy that is based upon the Canadian Standards Association’s Model Privacy Code for the Protection of Personal Information, and reflects requirements of other privacy legislation, including PIPEDA and FIPPA. We protect, use, and retain personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. In carrying out our duties, employees must protect the SIN and other identity information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure according to legislation and policy. Rest assured that any personal information we collect is kept strictly confidential through our compliance with the Privacy Policy.
