Before you proceed to the Online Registration Form, please read the notice below. Due to the requirement of the Ministry of Labour, Training and Skills Development, we will request your Social Insurance Number (SIN). We are authorized and have a legitimate need to know your Social Insurance Number (SIN) for the purpose of service delivery.
Why are we collecting your Social Insurance Number (SIN)?
All Employment Ontario Service Providers, including The Career Foundation, are required to collect Social Insurance Numbers (SIN) from participants who need to access the employment services of Employment Ontario.
The Career Foundation is funded by and reports to the Ministry of Labour, Training and Skills Development. We are required to use the Employment Ontario Information System to register participants who access the services of Employment Ontario.
How are we safeguarding their Social Insurance Number (SIN) and personal information?
